The Dreaded Pregnancy Stretch Marks

If you reading this and wondering what in the world a stretch mark is then consider yourself one of the lucky few that will never have to deal with this dreaded skin problem. Stretch marks, much as their name says, are marks that appear on your skin when the skin is stretched beyond its normal limits. They can affect anyone, both men and women, but are usually seen on pregnant women.

During this period, stretch marks can appear around the breasts, the abdomen, and the hips. Stretch marks can also appear after having given birth because of the rapid weight loss. It is thought that more than 50% of women with stretch marks have developed them during pregnancy.

Let’s have a look at what you can do to prevent and treat stretch marks during and after pregnancy. Don’t forget, that stretch marks aren’t exclusive to women so the products used for pregnancy stretch marks can also be used to treat men and teenagers.

Find out How to Prevent Stretch Marks Your doctor may prescribe creams for stretch marks to help your skin adapt to the stretching that occurs during pregnancy. If used properly they will help your skin stretch without breaking.

Along with these creams it is important to maintain a steady weight gain. Remember, gaining weight too quickly will increase your probabilities of developing stretch marks not to mention make it harder to lose the baby fat and possibly create health issues that can affect your baby.

Keep in mind that a healthy diet can do wonders for controlling your weight gain. You should only increase your caloric intake by 300 calories per day, which is a normal meal.

Stay away from junk food and overly processed foods. Both of these types of food are high in sodium and empty calories. They will make you gain extra pounds quickly.

Getting Rid of Stretch Marks

If pregnancy has left your skin full of stretch marks and loose, then surgery can be a valid option for you. Plastic surgery will remove the excess skin as well as the unwanted stretch marks and leave you with nothing more than a scar that is hidden in the skin’s natural folds.

Surgical removal of stretch marks is usually done on the abdomen and nowhere else. If you want to remove stretch marks found on other areas of the body you will probably need to use Stretch marks creams.

Obviously stretch mark creams are less invasive than surgery, but they do take longer to work. The most effective types of creams are those that contain rose hip oil, snail serum or emu oil. These ingredients are known for their ability to dissolve damaged skin tissue and replace it with of new, healthy skin cells.

You can achieve stretch mark removal by using BIOBODYCREAM. It contains snail serum which make this product effective enough to remove stretch marks yet gentle enough to be used on any type of skin. BIOBODYCREAM can safely be used with other more invasive stretch marks treatments such as laser therapy and surgery.

How to Best Treat Keratosis Pilaris

Do you realize that keratosis pilaris applies to up to 40% of the world’s adult population and around 60%-80% of all adolescents? All these are big numbers that warrant being informed about the issue and what is the best cure for keratosis pilaris.

Typically regarded as ‘chicken skin,’ this skin condition can fluctuate from benign to severe. People with dry skin or a vitamin A deficiency are specially prone to going through it. KP has the tendency to be more intense during the cold winter months as the decrease in humidity dries the skin out. Pregnant women may have an elevated chance at getting the skin condition throughout their pregnancy or just after childbirth. Often it is kept within the realms of nothing more than a cosmetic predicament, but that does not take away from the desire to take care of it as soon as possible.

The Fundamentals for Keratosis Pilaris

While acne is generated by the overproduction of sebum, keratosis skin is generated by the overproduction of keratin. This is a primary structural substance that makes up the outer layer of human skin, hair and nails. Keratin build up on skin traps hair follicles in the skin’s pores that lead to what is titled follicular hyperkeratosis. This leads to the formation of stiff keratin plugs on the skin’s surface as the hair grows encapsulated inside the follicle. The outcome is these plugs have the look of what seemingly are ‘goose bumps.’ Usually they are little, hard red or white bumps proliferating on the skin’s surface. The areas most stricken by this skin condition are the upper arms and back. However the lower arms, hands, thighs and legs can also show keratosis problems but this is rare.

Here Outlined Are Some Means to Cure Keratosis Pilaris

Our first and foremost item of advice is to make use of a mild cleanser followed by the routine application of moisturizer. It is relevant to note that creams and ointments are highly advisable over lotions. Best apply these products just after getting out of the shower while the skin continues to be damp. This helps capture the moisture in the skin diminishing the prospects of the keratin plugs’ formation.

It is best to obtain a moisturizer with a lactic acid or urea. Twice a day daily use will help break down the hardened bumps in a short period of time.

Best to maintain your showers quick and with the water at a warm temperature level. As soothing as they are, lengthy and hot showers dry out the skin which contributes to an aggravation of KP.

Keep away from tough scrubbing as not only will it not do away with the bumps, it will further aggravate the situation.

A nice investment at keeping KP from getting worse is a humidifier. In the course of the winter months when a fireplace is very justifiably in order, this helps to keep moisture degrees inside of the house at normal levels hence preventing a solid irritant to the formation of the little bumps you want to eliminate.

BIOSKINTREATMENT LOTION is a cure for keratosis pilaris that clears skin of keratin bumps as well as regenerates healthy skin. This contains the particular component of snail serum that contains enzymes that break down the damaged structures of the skin which then activates the skin’s natural rejuvenation. The end result is your pilaris skin increasingly being smooth, soft and refreshed and with continued use the elimination of the KP symptoms.

How Keratosis Pilaris Can Best Be Eliminated!

The skin condition of keratosis pilaris, or simply KP, is out there and very common. What its symptoms on the skin resemble are red and rough bumps. Often this skin condition is called chicken skin or red goose bumps. KP is know to affect around forty percent of the world population. This is one of the most irritating conditions out there because you will be scratching all over. That in addition is something that can easily lead to scabs. The KP symptoms are found on the back of the buttocks, the tops of arms, and the tops of the thighs. Many times adolescents will be the ones suffering KP. That goes even more so for children. It is more common in women than men.

When there is too much keratin being produced (keratin represents the protein found within the body), KP is produced. The natural protein found all within the body is keratin. This excessive amount of keratin then surrounds and subsequently entraps the skin pores. The red bumps we are all very aware come from the hard plugs being formed at this stage.

Let us note that this is not a life threatening condition. But you’ll still want to get rid of it! And rest assured there are various treatment methods with which you can do just that. You can be happy again knowing you did what you could to clear up your skin’s rough texture.

Proper exfoliation of your skin is the most important skin care tip to keep in mind when beginning your KP treatment. Above all avoid using prescription scrubs. These particular kinds of scrubs are loaded completely with chemical ingredients that are too harsh on sensitive skin types. Take our advice as well on avoiding the use of exfoliation treatments that come with the ingredient known as benzoyl peroxide. This ingredient is a main cause of dry skin which is not what KP sufferers need to have more of.

A healthy way to treat keratosis pilaris is with Vitamin A, or Retinoid, that serves to speed up the rate dead and dying skin cells are discarded making way for the clearing of blocked skin pores that are the root cause of so many KP symptoms.

We recommend to use an effective moisturizer during the times you are suffering the symptoms of KP. However we also only recommend to maintain your moisturizers as those only with natural ingredients. The others will contain harsh chemical ingredients that are not suited for sensitive skin. There are many good moisturizing ingredients out there for KP. However the one we recommend is Vitamin E oil. This practice entails placing a few tablespoons of Vitamin E oil into a bathtub full of warm (preferably bubbly for extra relaxation) water. Soak yourself in it for minimum 15 minutes.

Review also what microdermabrasion can have in store for eliminating your KP symptoms. How does microdermabrasion work you may be asking yourself right now? Throughout this treatment you are performing on the uppermost layer of your skin a suction effect. This is through the use of a wire brush. It effectively sucks out even the hardest keritinized plugs. The end result should be a more smooth and more toned skin complexion.

Only strive to solve this problem with the most effective skin care remedy for keratosis pilaris.

Keratosis Pilaris: More common than you Think

Keratosis pilaris sounds like something you wouldn’t want to get, but it is actually a big name for a very common skin condition. KP, as it is also known, is characterized by benign bumps on arms and sometimes legs. Some people also get red bumps on their face.

This skin condition is caused by a buildup of keratin. This skin problem arises when the skin does not shed properly or sheds unevenly. The keratin combines with the dead skin cells and begins to clog the pores. This is what leads to the visual skin bumps.

Keratosis pilaris will usually fade as we age, but it can be a nuisance especially if the bumps get infected. If you want to treat this condition then look for products that contain chemical exfoliators such as AHAs, salicylic acid, and Vitamin A (or retinoids). Just make sure that the keratosis pilaris lotions you purchase or are currently using contain any of these ingredients.

Effects of AHAs, Salicylic Acid and Vitamin A on Keratosis Pilaris Bumps

AHAs or alpha hydroxy acids are derived from different types of foods. The most common AHAs are glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, and mandelic acid.

AHAs help moderate the formation of a new stratum corneum – which is the outer most layer of the skin – through reduced cellular cohesion between corneocytes at the lowest levels of the stratum corneum. This means that the stratum corneum can slough off at a higher rate than before. Which makes it difficult for keratin and dead cells to clog the hair follicles.

Unlike AHAs, salicylic acid has a double effect on keratosis pilaris. It acts on the surface of the skin in much the same way as AHAs, but it also penetrates the hair follicle and helps regulate the rate of shedding from within. Salicylic acid can also help you deal with acne problems.

Vitamin A (retinol or retinoids) can help treat keratosis pilaris because it makes the outer layer of the skin grow more rapidly. Consequently, decreasing the amount of keratin in the skin. As a result, the surface layer of the skin becomes thinner and pores are less likely to get clogged.

Using Mechanical Exfoliation to Treat Keratosis Pilaris

A good way of removing keratin, dead skin cells, and keratosis pilaris bumps is by undergoing mechanical exfoliation. You can either use homemade or natural scrubs to slough off the keratin buildup. Sugar is a good option if you want to use an inexpensive and natural exfoliant.

For sensitive skin, try using a natural acid exfoliator as your keratosis pilaris treatment. By natural acid exfoliator I mean grape juice or milk. Both of these products contain acids that can help remove excess sebum, debris, and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.

Even if there is no actual keratosis pilaris cure bacteria associated with kp causes infections whih can lead to more serious problems, that is why it is so important that you keep KP under control. Fortunately, there are natural skin care products such as BIOSKINTREATMENT that can gently and effectively dissolve skin bumps.

Are all UV Rays Damaging?

It was only a few years ago that most people thought that baking themselves in the sun was a innocuous way to spend summer, and why not? Who could shake the temptation to loose that pale winter skin and replace it with deliciously darkened tones. Especially when you could lie amongst all those hot bronzed bodies at the beach.

How quickly times have changed. The average person understands of some of the dangers of prolonged sun exposure thanks to increased media coverage and ad campaigns. But do fully grasp the totality of the effects the sun can have on our skin?

THE POSITIVES OF UVBs

One of the greatest elements the sun passes to the human body is frequently left unspoken. That is, short UVB rays are a primary deliverer of Vitamin D. So why is Vitamin D needed? Vitamin D protects and increases the survival rates against an array of internal cancers such as colon cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer, as well as many other diseases.

THE NEGATIVES OF UVs

To level the playing field, it would be bias not to mention that exposure to ultraviolet light, UVA or UVB, from sunlight accounts for 90% of the symptoms of premature skin aging, in addition to a wealth of other skin changes.

UV radiation is the primary instigators of:

Collagen breakdown – causing the formation solar scars and increasing the development of wrinkles

Free radicals – which damage cell function and alter genetic material such as RNA and DNA of the cell, which in turn increases wrinkles.

Texture Changes Caused by the Sun – causing a thickening of the skin that proliferates coarse wrinkles and yellow discoloration of the skin; in addition to a thinning of the skin that causes fine wrinkles, easy bruising, and skin tearing.

Pigment Changes Caused by the Sun – multiplies the development of freckles, and age spots or liver spots on the backs of the hands, chest, shoulders, arms, and upper back.

THE SEVERITIES OF UVs

Whereas the more severe effects of UV radiation include:

Skin Bumps Caused by the Sun – in other words, an increased number of moles and precancerous lesions called actinic keratoses, as well as seborrheic keratosis which appear as warty lesions stuck onto the skin.

Skin Cancer Caused by the Sun – such as the 3 major skin cancers: melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. All of which have the propensity to be fatal.

PROTECTING SUN DAMAGED SKIN

The most obvious method of protection against sun damaged skin is to avoid any unnecessary exposure to the sun’s harmful rays. Furthermore, there are a number of natural skincare creams available that assist in reversing the harsh damage caused by the sun.

Of all of the 100% natural skin treatment products on the market, BIOSKINCARE is the clear leader. It’s protein enzymes dissolve damaged skin cells while initiating the regeneration of healthy skin cells from within your body, making it the number one anti aging skin treatment solution. It also assists sun damaged skin through the reduction of lesions such as the precancerous actinic keratoses, leaving the skin blemish free, healthy, and vitalic.

Get Rid of Stretch Marks Using Copper Peptides

During pregnancy and/or after child birth is when most females are affected by stretch marks. Generally they’re informed to live with them as it’s impossible to get rid of stretch marks. Even so, many try countless lotion, potions and remedies to get rid of them without any real results.

This is mainly due to the fact that the ingredients used in those stretch mark creams are to soften the skin. In other words, they are not doing anything to get rid of your stretch marks. In order to understand how to get rid of stretch marks, it’s vital to understand what they are.

What Are Stretch Marks?

Even though being pregnant is a huge factor that contributes in forming stretch marks, the leading factors is actually debilitated skin structure.

Naturally occurring elements such as copper peptides are known to better skin strength and its composition. Several studies have proven that copper peptides are really important in making sure skin is strong and flexible. It’s possible to avoid the development of premature face wrinkles and scars if the skin matrix is strong and flexible.

There are some studies that have been going on for a while. The studies are trying to determine how successful copper peptides are to get rid of stretch marks. Even so, these studies are yet to prove how effective copper peptides are to eliminate stretch marks.

A team of Chilean farmers were sent to remove snail from the grape vine. Amazingly enough, the farmers noticed that their scars and scrapes they got healed without leaving scars. From further research we got to understand that copper peptide was loaded in the substance that was secreted by the snails.

Organic ingredients for Treating Stretch Marks

The findings lead to that a variety of skin care cream producers started adding this magnificent ingredient in their products. Before the snail secretion was discovered by Chilean farmers, skin care companies were producing a synthetic version of the copper peptides. This in hand drove the scientists to make more effective formulas. The natural snail serum is a very complex compound that provides us with copper peptides, enzymes and antioxidants. They are also biologically compatible with our living cells. It’s impossible to make such complex compound in a lab.

Before the findings, it was considered impossible to treat, only prevent stretch marks. But this was clearly because there was no real and proper treatment for stretch marks. It has always been noticed that the products made by nature tend to be more effective than the man made products.

Achieve stretch mark removal with a natural stretch mark treatment cream called BIOBODY CREAM. It’s the best way to eliminate and prevent stretch marks. Start enjoying a scar free body and skin.

Keratosis Pilaris can treated with a Natural Skin Treatment Cream

Acne, dry skin, dermatitis, eczema, just when you thought you’d heard it all there’s a new one, keratosis pilaris. But to be honest, keratosis pilaris isn’t new. It’s actually a very common skin condition that affects up to 40% of all adults around the globe. So, why do you know so little about it?

Well, maybe because even though this skin condition is genetic in origin its cause is yet to be known. Some doctors believe that the cause of Keratosis pilaris is the overproduction of keratin inside the skin. This excess gets trapped inside the follicle, developing a bump. However, it is also thought to be a disorder of keratinisation in which the sticky cells that line the hair follicle form a horny plug that widens the pores making them appear more noticeable.

Keratosis pilaris (KP) – What does it look like?

Keratosis pilaris (KP) is a benign condition which is known to generate large amounts of small, red, and rough bumps that are found around hair follicles, and located on the upper arms, legs, buttocks, and cheeks. KP is sometimes referred to as “goose bumps,” “gooseflesh,” or “chicken skin” appearance on the skin.

KP is formed when skin cells that normally flake off as a fine dust begin to form plugs in the hair follicles making them appear as small bumps that have a dry ”sandpaper-like” feel. These bumps usually appear white, but turn a red color when they become inflamed. Keratosis pilaris is benign and does not usually itch or cause any pain, except in extreme changes of temperature.

This condition is very common among teenagers affecting almost 80% of the teenage population and may also occur in babies. In order to keep this condition under control both teenagers and babies should be treated with a natural and gentile skin treatment cream.

Types of Keratosis pilaris

*Keratosis rubra faceii: KP rubra faceii is a constant and unrelenting reddish rash on the cheeks (blushed look). When keratosis pilaris occurs on the cheeks, the affected area is not only crimson red but it also feels coarse. Keratosis Pilaris rubra faceii is named after the typical “reddish” aspect it produces. *Keratosis pilaris alba: Keratosis pilaris alba named after the rough, white or alba, bumpy skin is common of this specific type of KP. Although clogged pores seem to be a problem, they are merely a cosmetic consequence. KP most often appears as a spread of tiny hard bumps that aren’t sore and don’t itch. *Hyperkeratinization: This type of KP is a disorder that affects the cells lining the inside of a hair follicle. The excess keratin results in an increment in the adherence of dead skin cells which causes a block in the hair follicle and leads to acne or KP.

BIOSKINTREATMENT LOTION is an all natural keratosis pilaris treatment that has been created by combining natural ingredients such as Salix Nigra (Willow) Extract and Amorphophallus Konjac Root Powder. This amazing product does not claim to be a keratosis pilaris cure but is definitely the best treatment for keratosis pilaris causes. By treating the causes with this natural product you will be able to reduce the appearance of KP and at the same time ‘digest’ all the damaged structures of the skin while regenerating damaged structural components of healthy skin.

Keloid Scar Removal Is Possible

Keloid scars are extremely unsightly and some of the worst to fall victim to. These raised scars are large and irregular shaped, often growing well beyond the original bounds of the wound and rarely ever subsiding on their own. Their ugly reddish purple, smooth and shiny appearance makes people desperate to get rid of them. There are various products that falsely claim keloid removal and many people may start to think that a good solution just doesn’t exist. However, keloid scar removal is not impossible! But first you have to find the right treatment.

The Special Ingredient

Recently scientists have introduced the use of an organic snail serum into products of modern and natural skin care because of its known abilities of skin regeneration. Snails use this liquid in nature to quickly repair damaged skin or shells. This serum is extracted from common ground snails who share incredible similarities in skin characteristics with humans. The secretion is collected in a safe method and made into an odorless and colorless cream with no added ingredients. Naturally, this serum contains proteins, glyco molecules, enzymes, peptides, and oligoelements that have shown to be successful in battling human skin issues and imperfections. But how exactly does this serum work to reduce keloids?

Natural Keloid Scar Treatment

This serum has an incredible level of antioxidant activity that it plays out in multiple processes. It is able to control the production of fibroblasts and collagen. Fibroblasts are the cells in the basal membrane that synthesize the extracellular matrix which is the structural framework for skin tissues as well as an important part of would healing. The innate regenerative properties of this serum limit the damage due to wound and scar formation by rebuilding a healthy matrix and regulating metalloproteinase activities. Let’s explore this a bit more and discover why this serum is truly nature’s gift for healthy skin in the treatment of keloids and other types of scars.

How It Works

Helix Aspersa Muller, as the serum is scientifically known, triggers an orchestrated process of cell replacement between dysfunctional and healthy skin cells. It starts the elimination of scar tissue by increasing intracellular communication allowing the body to identify and dissolve damaged cells. Enzymes are sent to dissolve these dysfunctional cells into their amino acid components to be used later in order to build healthy new skin cells. The greater cell communication also aids in the cell binding activities which organizes and heals the structural cells of the actin cytoskeleton to increase the skin’s strength and flexibility.

Helix Aspersa Muller is also a potent anti-inflammatory and antoxidant. Its anti-inflammatory capabilities inhibit blood vessel formation and oxygenation in the skin which is a common culprit of causing redness in keloid scars.

Helix Aspersa Muller assures the skin stays hydrated as it stimulates the proliferation of glycosaminoglycans which maintain moisture in the skin. This deeply moisturizes and thickens the skin which also helps to decrease keloid itching and discomfort.

There has been considerable study and consequent evidence showing that Helix Aspersa Muller products are definitely worth a try. This ingredient has provided an alternative to the more expensive, painful, and risky keloid scar removal options. Enjoy nature’s gift for beautiful skin and watch your keloids fade away naturally and beautifully.

BIOSKINREPAIR by Biocutis is one of the first products to incorporate Helix Aspersa Muller into a cream specifically aimed at reducing keloid scars. This amazing keloid scar treatment can work with the incredible abilities of Helix Aspersa Muller as well as offer additional benefits of other active botanicals. BIOSKINREPAIR effectively and naturally removes keloid scars, as well as hypertrophic scars and other skin imperfections. It is also an effective keloid treatment aimed at prevention for those predisposed to keloid formation. Watch your scars disappear and enjoy beautifully smooth skin with BIOSKINREPAIR.

Use Natural Acne Treatments instead of their Traditional Alternatives

Many acne sufferers will and have tried everything to get their acne under control. Prescription medication and over the counter creams are frequently used. However, of late a new trend is quickly making its way through the skin treatment ranks.

Most natural acne treatments have been around longer than traditional treatments. Ask anyone and they will give you one or more acne home remedy recipes. And, despite what you may think, a lot of these recipes are actually quite effective in treating acne.

Natural acne treatments may be ingested or applied topically and include herbs, a plant part or even a chemical. Here is a short list that reviews three of the most effective natural acne treatments.

Acne Diet and Hydration

Modifying your diet to incorporate Vitamin C, Vitamin A and essential fatty acid sources is a good way to deal with acne.

Drinking plenty of water is also an effective way of helping reduce the appearance of acne in the skin. By drinking water you can help your body maintain itself hydrated and eliminate wastes either through perspiration or urine. Not only are hydration and the proper diet good for acne skin care, they are also good for your overall health.

Acetylsalicylic Acid or Acid Salicylic as Acne Medication

Salicylic Acid is commonly used as an important ingredient in many acne creams. It opens clogged pores, causes the skin cells to shed more easily, and neutralizes bacteria. It is also known to reduce hyperpigmentation when used in higher concentrations.

If you don’t want to invest in an expensive acne treatment a more natural alternative to products that contain salicylic acid is aspirin. But, be warned. Products containing this ingredient usually contain higher concentration levels which also make it more effective than simple aspirin tablets.

If you decide that you’d like to try using aspirin to treat your skin problems then use it as an exfoliant or in a mask. To make a mask, simply dissolve 3 or 4 adult aspirins with a tablespoon of water until you make a paste. Once the paste is ready, apply it all over your face or on the affected area.

If you want to make the mask thicker, you can add yogurt and/or honey to make the aspirin mask. If you are allergic to aspirin, do not use this type of mask as it can cause irritation.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil has been used in Australia to treat dandruff and Candidiasis. It is a potent antiseptic that can be used to help treat acne. Its results are comparable to benzoyl peroxide but take longer to present themselves.

Tea tree oil is used as a topical treatment. However, it must be diluted since it can lead to irritation. You may also need to use a moisturizer to counteract the dryness brought on by this product.

By using natural acne remedies such as BIOSKINCLEAR and BIOACNECARE you can help aid acne prevention. These natural products may not be the ultimate cures for acne but they can definitely help get rid of mild to moderate acne and stubborn teen acne without causing harmful side effects common in most traditional treatments.

Natural Acne Scar Removal

Acne doesn’t discriminate; it affects both adolescents and adults. In addition, acne can lead to a far more difficult skin problem: acne scars. But before you start spending a lot of money buying expensive scar removal treatments, try some natural remedies that are gentle and effective.

To promote proper skin healing is actually not that difficult unlike common belief. The easiest way to do that is to start eating healthy. Some foods you should include are: fruits, vegetables, nuts and a lot of water. Our body can’t produce those essential vitamins and minerals, that’s why it’s important to add them in your diet. These include Vitamins A, E, and B in addition to zinc that is a known mineral to promote healthy skin. To boost these essential minerals and vitamins there are some really easy tips you can learn. Here are some at home remedies:

Tip 1: Two great ingredients that contain vitamin A and E are pure shea butter and cocoa butter. These natural remedies both have properties to remove acne scarring. Not just that, but they will also make the skin and scars a lot softer to make them less visible.

Tip 2: Knowing the right recipe is the best way to boost your vitamin a and b supply. This is how you do it:

Blend 2 parts of fresh pressed carrot and cabbage juice with 1 part of fresh pressed blueberry juice. Cool down in the fridge for a while and apply the juice to the affected areas.

Tip 3: A mix of chamomile and other herbs and flowers will also help to reduce acne scars. Here is an infusion with chamomile:

Blend 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers (or a tea bag) and two tablespoons of elderflowers. Add the herbs in a cup and pour boiling hot water. Let it sit for a bit and then strain. Cool down the infusion and apply to all the areas where you want to get rid of acne scars. To achieve acne scar removal faster, do this about 4 times a day.

A second chamomile infusion can be done with lemon. Take three and 1/2 oz. of dried lemon balm leaves, 3/4 oz. dried mint leaves and 1 oz. dried chamomile flowers. Pour boiling water (approx. 2/3 cup) over the mix and cover with a plate. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then strain. Cold the mixture down and apply on the areas you want to treat, about 4 times a day.

If you don’t want to make your own acne scar treatment you have other options. BIOSKINFORTE for instance, is a great acne scars cream that will not only deal with your acne, but also eliminate acne scars. This all natural acne product is all you need for a complexion without imperfections.
